About Brainee Star

Hi! I'm Lori Deubner, president and CEO of Brainee Star Reading. I'm a retired elementary teacher and Reading Specialist with Orton-Gillingham background and 33 years of classroom/administrative experience. After retiring, I applied current educational research to develop Brainee Star Reading, a program designed to help parents and caregivers by providing the structured steps needed to teach their child to read.

Brainee Star offers fun, research-backed games and activities that enhance learning and boost retention. Each Brainee Star box includes step-by-step, essential literacy skills so families can enjoy learning the fundamentals of reading, writing, and communication together.
